How To jailbreak iOS 5.1.1 Using Absinthe 2.0 iOS 5.1.1 devices
The Absinthe 2.0 was a massive record breaker of 1.2 Million jailbreaks in just 3 days of its launch. This is the fastest method of jailbreaking an iOS device. Absinthe 2.0 supports each and every iOS device which has the latest latest firmware installed on it, that is 5.1.1. Ok So lets start.
Firstly you will have to connect your device and make sure you have backed it up on your computer or on your iCloud account, if your have signed up for one. iCloud give up to 5GB of free Cloud storage exclusively for its users and is also upgradable to 10, 20 and 50 gb. If you still dont have an iCloud account you should signup right now.
Make sure everything is backed up, just incase something goes wrong you could restore it any moment you want to. the backup contains your Contacts, Reminders, Phone Settings, Messages, Email, Camera Roll etc.
After everything is backed up download Absinthe 2.0 by GreenPois0n by clicking your selection
Absinthe v2.0.4 MacOSX (10.5, 10.6, 10.7)

Absinthe v2.0.4 Linux (x86/x86_64)
After the download is complete connect your iOS device to your computer, just extract the zip file which you just downloaded and open the file named Absinthe v2.0.4. You should see a window like the one in the screen shot below listing your iPhone.
Now What do you do? this couldn’t get much easier, you just have to hit the Jailbreak button and its all done.
Clicking the Jailbreak button will begin the process which may take up to five minutes or even less. You’l be seeing your iPhone in Restore Mode while this process goes on and it will also have a reboot.
Once its complete you will get a message saying “Done, Enjoy!” which means you have successfully jailbroken your iOS Device. you should see the Cydia icon in the springboard. Sometimes things might go wrong and you wont be able to jailbreak it and you might Get a message saying Restore Complete. In this situation you just have to factory restore your device using your PC and now performing it via your device which is not going to help.
