Hacker Comex No Longer Working For Apple

Comex the man behind many Jailbreaks like JailbreakMe2 and JailbreakMe 3 is no longer working for Apple. Nicholas Allegra mostly knows as Comex after releasing JailbreakMe3  announced that he was offered internship at Apple.

Comex tweeted “As of last week, after about a year, I’m no longer associated with Apple.” The actual reason why Allegra was let go from Apple was because he forgot to reply to an email. The company’s trial of employing prominent members in theJailbreak Community has come to an end

According to Forbes, was an offer to continue his employment at Apple as a remote intern. Apple deals with offer letters very seriously, and Comex found out the hard way, He says “I wasn’t too happy about it, but it didn’t seem like I was able to fix it. So that’s what it is.” It looks like the email wasn’t the only thing that ended his internship at Apple though, Comex declined to say more on this.

Hacker Comex No Longer Working For Apple, Doesn’t Have Plans To Return To Jailbreaking Community

The chances of Comex returning to the Jailbreaking community are less. He doesn’t even know if whether his employer contract with the fruit company would complicate things, but stated it probably would. After all this Comex plans to return to university at Brown and continue his studies.
