Google Warned Samsung About Devices Looking Too Similar To Apple’s
Day before yesterday we told you guys that Apple has claimed 2.5 Billion USD as damages against patent violation puls an additional $30 on every device sold. looks like Samsung is in a deep trouble. Today we have some more news on Google Diggin into it.
According to Apple, they have proof clarifying that Google specifically warned Samsung that both their original Galaxy Tab and Galaxy S closely resembled Apple’s iPad and iPhone, Even knowing this Samsung dint bother to change design. Apple Inc will be presenting the documents in the court.
